We train our coaches in Challenge Point Framework Theory so every rep hits the right difficulty level for each athlete. That means players are always pushed, not overwhelmed, and progress faster inside a team environment that stays competitive and fun.

This is not a rebrand. In 2026, XFactor Lacrosse officially takes over Badger Prime. We are keeping the Badger Prime name, the traditions, and what families already love about the club.

We bought the club because we believe lacrosse in Wisconsin deserves more opportunity, stronger support, and a program experience that feels organized, connected, and professional from top to bottom.

XFactor is built on real coaching, real relationships, and serious value. Lacrosse is not about chasing money for us. It is about building something meaningful, having fun, and giving athletes an environment that makes them better while keeping the culture positive and competitive.

Mark Kirkpatrick will be heavily involved in this next chapter, carrying forward what made Badger Prime special and pushing it even further.

For Devon Townsend, this is personal. Devon was on the very first Badger Prime team in 2019, and coming back to lead this next era is about giving the next generation the same opportunity, only bigger, better supported, and built to last.
