Curriculum Overview

Badger Prime’s 10U curriculum is built to make kids love the game while building strong fundamentals. Our focus is simple: confidence, fun, and great habits that set the foundation for long term development.

Players learn the basics of catching, throwing, cradling, scooping, and shooting through high rep, game like drills that keep them moving and engaged. We introduce core rules and field awareness in a way that makes sense at this age, and we start teaching “compartmentalized lacrosse” by breaking the game into simple pieces like dodging, cutting, passing, defending, and ground balls.

Most importantly, we teach effort, teamwork, and a next play mindset so every player leaves practice excited, improving, and ready to come back.
