High Intensity Lacrosse Training(HILT)

Grades: 5-12

Our HILT program is designed to push players outside of their comfort zones with a focus on improving athletic ability and game play. Players will be exposed to footwork and agility drills, fundamental work, and competitive, short sided drills that are designed to increase their fitness, footwork, fundamentals and overall Lacrosse IQ. This is designed to work on the little things that become big things later.

Registration will open in Fall 2025
